Peer Support

Peer Support Specialists with lived experience  are available to help you navigate your path to recovery.  From exploring treatment options to  finding employment, we are here to help.

All Recovery Support Groups

The Hub recognizes that your path to recovery is as unique as you. Find support from your peers in an accepting, positive space.

Training in Recvoery

The Recovery Coach Academy  provides  nationally recognized training for Recovery Coaches and Certified Peer Support Specialists.  

Narcan

Be prepared. 

We provide Narcan and Narcan

training to people in our community. This lifesaving medication should be part of every first aid kit. 

Homeless Outreach

The Hub partners with recovery and housing providers including treatment centers, sober homes, The Lord's Place and the Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) 

Health care

Check our monthly calendar  to find out when the next pop up health clinic is scheduled at one of our conveniently located community Hubs

Finances

We can help with all things financial including  financial literacy classes,  first time home buying workshops and Mindful Money Mondays.

Employment Support

Whether looking for a employment or exploring your career options, we can help with resume building, job searches, and continuing education.

Social and Cultural 

Every month our neighborhood sites provide recovery oriented activities based on feedback from our community. Whether its family oriented game nights, painting classes, or open mic night, we have an activity for you.

Referrals & Linkages

Through our network of community providers we connect you with the assistance you need, whether it is  treatment, food assistance , healthcare, IDs, etc.

Recovery Capital Index

The RCI identifies the unique internal  assets you already have to help you achieve and maintain recovery.  You have access to individualized feedback, support, and suggestions for building resilience capital at any time, at no charge to you. 

What is the RCI?

Individual assets available to meet basic needs including physical, mental and emotional health, nutrition, employment, education, finances, housing, transportation and clothing. 

Personal Capital 

Your relationship assets, family support and/or significant tother, social support, lifestyle, healthcare and feelings of safety. 

Social Capital 

Your values, beliefs, and connection to other social values, community, and spirituality including a sense of purpose in life. 

Cultural Capital
