Free health screenings are available monthly through a partnership with Genesis Healthcare. Qualifying individuals will receive a gift card for their participation
Palm Beach County's Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) is available to help connect people with housing instability with necessary resources and help you need. Friendly, non-threatening discussions build trust, rapport and respect.
The Lord's Place specializes in connecting chronically homeless individuals to stable housing. Specialists from the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) and SOAR Initiative are available onsite to help with housing and Social Security SSDI and SSI applications.
Need access to healthcare or benefits?
Certified Navigators who can help you explore your options health insurance, SNAP (food stamps)and Social Security benefits. They also assist with rental and utility assistance. We have Rapid HIV, Hepatitis C and Syphilis testing on site with follow-up care.
Essential health offers a variety of services onsite and at their clinics including, STI testing, chronic disease management, medication and pharmacy access, blood pressure and glucose monitoring, and, research services for medical care
Do you have an outstanding warrant? Not certain the status of a past legal charge? Need assistance in resolving past charges? Talk to a representative of the Public Defender's office

The Hub recognizes that your path to recovery is as unique as you. Find support from your peers in an accepting, positive space in All Recovery Meetings. Whether its family oriented game nights, painting classes, or open mic night, we have an activity for you.
