Palm Beach County's Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) is available to help connect people with housing instability with necessary resources and help you need. Friendly, non-threatening discussions build trust, rapport and respect.

The Lord's Place specializes in connecting chronically homeless individuals to stable housing. Specialists from the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) and SOAR Initiative are available onsite to help with housing and Social Security SSDI and SSI applications.

The Hub recognizes that your path to recovery is as unique as you. Find support from your peers in an accepting, positive space. All Recovery Meetings are scheduled weekly including in Spanish on Tuesdays.
