Palm Beach County's Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) is available to help connect people with housing instability with necessary resources and help you need. Friendly, non-threatening discussions build trust, rapport and respect.

The Hub provides free Narcan and Narcan training to anyone in our community. Make sure you include this lifesaving medication in your first aid kit.

The Hub recognizes that your path to recovery is as unique as you. Find support from your peers in an accepting, positive space. All Recovery Meetings are scheduled weekly including in Spanish on Tuesdays.
