The Lord's Place specializes in connecting chronically homeless individuals to stable housing. Specialists from Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) and SOAR Initiative are available onsite with housing and Social Security SSDI and SSI applications.
The Hub recognizes that your path to recovery is as unique as you. Find support from your peers in an accepting, positive space in All Recovery Meetings.
