The Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) is available to help connect people with housing instability with necessary resources and help you need. In addition, Integrated Healthcare Systems can help connect you to behavioral health, primary healthcare, community support services,
The Lord's Place specializes in connecting chronically homeless individuals to stable housing. Specialists from Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) and SOAR Initiative are available onsite with housing and Social Security SSDI and SSI applications.
The Hub recognizes that your path to recovery is as unique as you. Find support from your peers in an accepting, positive space in All Recovery Meetings. Whether its family oriented game nights, painting classes, or open mic night, we have an activity for you.
Need access to healthcare or benefits?
Certified Navigators who can help you explore your options health insurance, SNAP (food stamps)and Social Security benefits. They also assist with rental and utility assistance. We have Rapid HIV, Hepatitis C and Syphilis testing on site with follow-up care.
